At a lush private residence in Massachusetts this summer, Catie and Chris tied the knot in front of their friends and family with the backdrop of a white hydrangea bush in full bloom. The couple choose bright colors to reflect the warm summer day, incorporating hues of yellow and bright green to their tented reception. The couple’s love for a good party was apparent in the use of disco balls to line the center of the tent, ensuring that the dancing portion of the evening was a party to remember for guests and vendors alike!

MEET THE COUPLE

How did you and your partner meet?

We met at a party in NYC, introduced by a mutual friend - one of my friends from college is one of his friends from high school. And of course, that friend was a member of our bridal party!

What is your favorite memory from your wedding day?

Everything about the ceremony. Turning the corner and seeing the beautiful set-up with the hydrangea backdrop, meeting eyes with Chris at the other end of the aisle, hearing my brother playing the guitar, and seeing all of our friends and family's joyful faces. And then the ceremony itself, officiated by Chris's uncle Billy, was so special and personal. We were giddy the whole time!

Favorite part about having a planner from PMP ?

I absolutely loved how little I had to worry about :) Leading up to the wedding, but especially the week and day-of, Christina handled absolutely everything so I could relax going into the event and focus on Chris and our guests. I am incredibly grateful for that. She also made all of my design dreams a reality, creating a magical space that truly felt like us. I can't recommend Christina and PMP enough!
