Against the picturesque waterfront backdrop, an arbor adorned with soft blooms and drapery framed Jessica and Sam as they were married al fresco at Portland’s Ocean Gateway. Shades of blush paired with crisp whites enveloped the reception space, offering an air of soft romanticism. A sea of single-stem roses sat sweetly in glass vases and weaved their way through the head table accompanied by taper candles and glass votives.
