Fall Wedding Inspiration at Fresh Pickins Farm
For this shoot, we wanted to showcase the natural beauty of Maine’s fall season, and we couldn’t think of a better way than to shoot at Fresh Pickins Farm.
Located in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, this beautiful farm sits close to the ocean and is located on a piece of land that has been conserved for generations. The buildings are over 100 years old, and the surrounding land holds a lot of history - the perfect setting for a bohemian fall wedding shoot!
We wanted to create a bohemian wedding shoot complete with lace details and historical farm buildings with warm wood accents. Fresh Pickins Farm was the perfect backdrop with its endless fields of flowers and small apple orchard. The farm also provided the deep red and orange florals noticeable throughout the shoot.

The team at Big Tree Hospitality provided an array of foods, including styled charcuterie boards and fresh baguettes. We continued the red and orange floral theme with the food display and added a few splashes of green to keep with the fall inspiration.

The lace dress from Andrea’s added to our fall bohemian setting, and the model’s flower crown completed the wedding look. We couldn’t have a styled shoot without a cake to go with it! A Little Suga created our autumn masterpiece, complete with florals and gold accents.
